We monitor the varying and ever evolving patchwork of state laws. Because of this we reserve the right to deny shipping and issue a refund if you happen to reside in a state with prohibitive laws against our products exist .
Take Kentucky, they require an annual $200 per SKU to sell in their state, I guess the free market hasn't quite reached Kentucky yet. Many states have varying laws on 2018 Farm Bill approved cannabinoids which makes it difficult for you the consumer an us the farmers and manufacturers of hemp products.
Watch how your politicians treat Hemp, it will reveal how they truly feel about the Constitution.

Due to Delta-THC 8 being considered illegal according to state laws, our Delta 8 product does not ship to the following states:
Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho , Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia
And there are severe restrictions – limiting all THCs to be under 0.3% for hemp products, unless otherwise noted – in the following seven states:
Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana (all THCs must be under 8 mg per serving and 1% by dry weight), Michigan (all THCs under 0.3% and only marijuana-derived delta-8 allowed), Minnesota (all THCs under 0.3% and less than 5 mg per serving), New Hampshire, Virginia (2 mg serving limit or >25:1 CBD:THC ratio)
